Services and Programs

“No Refunds and or exchanges” policy. Our services are rendered paid and has a nonrefundable clause. If you make a phone call to change time for appointments 15 minutes before, then we will accommodate you best we can. As far as materials, printing, and purchasing through our marketing department, once you approve your job it is final.
Refunds to canceled events
Get a full refund on tickets for participating venues, events, or services within 72 hours of events that have been cancelled.We’ll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees (except UPS and retail pickup fees). Please return tickets bought at a retail location to the same location.


No exchanges with Team Treatment. You should consider selling to friends or family.

Rescheduled Events

We’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Sometimes events and programs reschedule, and we hope that you understand, this may happen.
