His impact remains influential today, creating jobs, generating millions in economic activity, and serving as a trusted consultant and marketing director for top promotion and production companies.  

 Senior Director & Lead Advisor

Dr. Stewart serves as Senior Director and Lead Advisor for Treatment Team Enterprises, supporting strategic growth through program development and real estate initiatives for our Veterans and special housing. With over 30 years of experience in addiction recovery and mental health, she is also the Founder of the Magnolia Women’s Recovery Program and brings a holistic, trauma-informed approach to building impactful housing and recovery environments. 

Director of Production & Artist MGMT

Mr. Evans brings over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, event production, and festival development. As the originator of the successful Hot Latin Nights event series, Reggie has played a key role in producing, consulting, and supporting numerous concerts, festivals, and live entertainment productions. Throughout his career, he has provided strategic guidance in artist booking, production coordination, and event consulting, helping to create memorable experiences and successful large-scale events. 

Real Estate/Acquisition Director

 Mrs. Cantrell serves as Real Estate Director for Treatment Team Enterprises, leading property acquisitions, portfolio growth, and strategic asset management. With a strong focus on market analysis, deal structuring, and long-term value creation, Arame identifies and secures opportunities that strengthen our real estate holdings while supporting sustainable community impact. 

President of Communications

Mr. Ortiz has been a driving force in shaping and integrating entertainment and community culture throughout the Central Valley. With a professional background in entertainment and business, he works closely across all areas of the company with a strong focus on organization, contracts, and licensing. Head of our Latino Department and Business Execution, Ortiz brings 20 years of experience and is a proud Co-Founder of EHP. His leadership, expertise, and commitment continue to elevate our operations and community impact.

As CRO, Mrs. Gaines guides the company’s financial and revenue strategy with precision and vision, ensuring our performance, operations, and long-term goals remain aligned for sustainable growth. A key member of our executive board, Sam brings exceptional leadership and strategic insight, helping transform goals into real, measurable results. Brilliant, dedicated, and forward-thinking, Sam is an essential driving force behind TT Presents’ continued expansion.

Mr. Henderson is a distinguished ambassador whose leadership spans recruitment, education, and entertainment. He holds a significant presence in both the public and private sectors throughout the Central Valley. A proud graduate of UOP, Clarence has built a successful career across for-profit, non-profit, and government arenas. He remains a powerful advocate for youth development and an influential mentor to the next generation of leaders. 

Sound & Studio Manager

Mr. Williams brings over 20 years of experience in entertainment, radio, and live event production, working with iHeartRadio, EHP, and managing artists and shows across the Central Valley. Bilingual, versatile, and community-focused, he has built a respected reputation in music, promotions, and cultural engagement. Working closely with promoters and officials, Ronald’s insight into today’s social climate are excellent

Mr. Ogans brings extensive knowledge and expertise in concerts, venue operations, HR, marketing, and production. With over 15 years of experience in talent buy, consulting, routing, and overall concert acumen, he is the ideal VP and partner for Tt. His leadership and hands-on involvement in daily operations and live show execution make him an invaluable asset to our organization.
